The rapid development of information and communication technology has led to the presence of various social media that can be accessed online, one of which is Tiktok. The Bandung City Government for Protocol and Leadership Communications (Prokopim) also uses the Tiktok application as a medium of information and entertainment for other users. The purpose of this study was to find out how the management of Tiktok content on the @Halo.Bdg account as an information medium includes planning, organizing, directing, influencing, and monitoring. Using qualitative methods with a case study approach. Then the data collection technique in this study will be through observation and in-depth interviews with the social media manager Tiktok @Halo.Bdg, namely Mrs. Anisa Putri and the head of the Protocol and Communications Section, Mr. Sony Teguh. The results of the study found that the reason for using Tiktok social media is because the application is an application that is currently busy in the wider community so that it helps spread information more widely, then in planning includes content research activities, dividing the type of content and determining the time to upload content, then organizing includes the creation of quality content by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the flow of communication to the leader regarding the content to be created. The third stage is direction, which includes teamwork Tiktok @Halo.Bdg social media team, engagement and feedback obtained and direction from the leadership, the last stage is controlling, which includes monitoring activities for content and feedback, then routine evaluations are carried out to maintain quality informative content.&#x0D; Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin pesat ini memunculkan kehadiran berbagai media sosial yang dapat diakses secara online, salah satunya adalah Tiktok. Pemerintah Kota Bandung bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan (Prokopim) juga menggunakan aplikasi Tiktok ini sebagai media informasi dan juga hiburan bagi pengguna lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen konten Tiktok akun @Halo.Bdg sebagai media informasi meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, memberikan pengaruh, dan pengawasan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini akan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola media sosial Tiktok @Halo.Bdg yakni Ibu Anisa Putri dan kepala bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Bapak Sony Teguh. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa alasan penggunaan media sosial Tiktok sebab aplikasi tersebut merupakan aplikasi yang sedang ramai di masyarakat luas sehingga membantu penyebaran informasi semakin luas, lalu pada bagian perencanaan meliputi kegiatan riset konten, pembagian jenis konten dan menentukan waktu untuk mengunggah konten, kemudian pengorganisasian meliputi pembuatan konten yang berkualitas dengan mengikuti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dan alur komunikasi terhadap pimpinan mengenai konten yang akan dibuat. Tahap ketiga yakni pengarahan meliputi kerja sama dalam tim media sosial Tiktok @Halo.Bdg, engagement dan feedback yang didapatkan dan pengarahan dari pimpinan, tahap terakhir yakni pengawasan meliputi kegiatan pengawasan terhadap konten dan feedback, kemudian evaluasi rutin dilakukan untuk mempertahankan konten informatif yang berkualitas." @default.
