- W4320802651 abstract "With the emergence of e-commerce, the online and offline dual channel sales mode increases the complexity of the supply chain. The random delay of each link in the system increases the uncertainty of the network, which makes it more difficult to suppress the bullwhip effect. As an important link in the closed-loop supply chain, the third-party recycling logistics has a significant impact on the bullwhip effect in the supply chain system. Model predictive control (MPC) method is used to control the dual channel delay of the third party reverse logistics of closed-loop supply chain inventory status, as a result of the existence of random time delay, a single model cannot be a good description of system dynamic, so the first thing to establish a set of contains all the delay of the third party recycling channels of double closed-loop supply chain inventory balance equations, based on this through the state restructuring augmented state space model is established to solve the time delay caused by the network complexity; Secondly, the structure diagram is constructed in the environment of Simulink, and the prediction model, state estimation and objective function are given. Thirdly, the solution method of Kwik quadratic programming is deduced, and the solution steps of this method are given; Fourth, the switching process of MPC is clarified. The MPC controller corresponding to the time delay sequence is selected to work. At k time, the inactive MPC controller still calculates or estimates the state to ensure the seamless connection with k + 1 time; Finally, random demand, sinusoidal demand and ARMA prediction demand are used as input for simulation to verify the effectiveness of the method.
