On days 1 and 8, the severity of OPC clinical signs was assessed using a visual analog scale. The secretory immunoglobulin A in saliva was measured as a criterion for changing the level of local mucosal protection of the oral cavity and pharynx.This treatment regimen for oropharyngeal candidiasis in patients with HIV infection in the later stages of the disease (IVB-IVC) with fluconazole and Tonsilgon® N is effective, which is confirmed by a significantly more pronounced regression of clinical signs (pM-U<0.01), as well as an increase in the level of secretory immunoglobulin A in the oral fluid (from 0.62±0.33 g/L to 0.81±0.18 g/L; p<0.05).Лечение рецидивирующих форм орофарингеального кандидоза (ОФК) у ВИЧ-инфицированных пациентов является серьезной клинической проблемой ввиду формирования устойчивых штаммов грибов рода Candida, угрозы развития инвазивных форм болезни и высоких экономических затрат, что обуславливает необходимость поиска новых схем терапии. Цель. Усовершенствовать схему лечения ОФК на поздних стадиях ВИЧ-инфекции путем добавления к флуконазолу комплексного фитопрепарата Тонзилгон® Н и оценить ее эффективность. Материалы и методы. В сравнительном рандомизированном клиническом исследовании приняли участие 65 пациентов, составивших группы наблюдения и сравнения. Все участники получали терапию 7 дней флуконазолом с препаратом Тонзилгон® Н и монотерапию флуконазолом соответственно. В 1 и 8-е сутки проведена сравнительная оценка выраженности клинических признаков ОФК по визуально-аналоговой шкале. Выполнена количественная оценка уровня секреторного иммуноглобулина А в слюне как критерия изменения уровня местной мукозальной защиты полости рта и глотки. Заключение. Разработанная схема лечения кандидоза полости рта и глотки у больных ВИЧ-инфекцией на поздних стадиях заболевания (стадии IVБ–В) препаратами флуконазол и Тонзилгон® Н является эффективной, что подтверждается достоверно более выраженным регрессом клинических проявлений (рM–U<0,01), а также повышением уровня секреторного иммуноглобулина А в ротовой жидкости (от 0,62±0,33 до 0,81±0,18 г/л; p<0,05)." @default.
