- W4322754760 abstract "본 연구의 목적은 인천시티투어 이용객의 관광동기가 만족도와 추천의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 시티투어 이용객 574명이며, SPSS와 AMOS를 활용하여 기초통계분석과 가설검증을 위한 경로분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 관광동기는 만족도와 추천의도에 정(+)적 영향이 있었다. 둘째, 만족도는 추천의도에 정(+)적 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 관광동기와 추천의도 간 관계에서 만족도는 매개효과가 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로 첫째, 이용객들의 관광동기가 높을수록 만족도가 향상되고, 이는 추천의도로 이어질 수 있음을 입증했으며, 이를 위해 관광콘텐츠 개발 및 다양한 홍보와 마케팅의 노력이 필요함을 제시하였다. 둘째, 이용객들의 관광동기 유발을 위한 계절별·테마별 다양한 코스개발의 필요성을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 한계로 첫째, 횡단연구로 수행되어 변수들 간 인과관계에 대해 명확한 설명을 제시하지 못하였으므로 향후 종단연구를 통해 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 둘째, 연구의 표본이 인천시티투어 이용객으로 한정되어 연구 결과를 일반화하는데 한계가 있다. 따라서 향후 연구에는 표본을 다양화한다면 일반화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the tourism motivation of City Tour users affects the satisfaction and recommendation intention of tourists. For basic statistical analysis and hypothesis verification, path analysis was performed by using SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study are as follows. First, tourism motivation had positive (+) effect on satisfaction and recommendation intention. Second, satisfaction had positive (+) effect on recommendation intention. Third, satisfaction had mediated effect on the relationship between tourism motivation and recommendation intention. The implications of the study are as follows. First, it was proved that the higher the tourists motivation for tourism, the higher the satisfaction level, which can lead to recommendation intention. Therefore, it is necessary to develop tourism contents and make various publicity and marketing efforts. Second, it is necessary to develop various courses for each season and theme to motivate users for tourism. The limitations of this study are as follows. First, as it was conducted by a cross-sectional study, it could not explain the causal relationship between the variables. Therefore, limitations can be overcome through longitudinal study. Second, the study sample is limited to Incheon City Tour users, so there is a limit to generalizing the research results. Therefore, if the sample is diversified in future studies, it may contribute to generalization." @default.
