Occupational shifts for sustainability are one of the post-pandemic impacts of rural livelihood. This paper aims in studying the consequential impacts on the economic fulfillment, social recognition, and personal satisfaction of the rural people after adapting and adopting new occupations. In this paper, neutrosophic Wilcoxon signed-rank test is used for the data drawn from the rural regions of Madurai district in Tamil Nadu state of the Indian nation. The results clearly show that the occupational shifts have caused impacts on the three domains of economic fulfillment, social recognition, and personal satisfaction. The research work shall be further extended by determining the magnitude of the consequential impacts and also the interrelated impacts on other facets of economic and social phenomena. The migration rate of the rural and urban populace shall be compared, and the impacts of their occupational shifts shall also be studied extensively." @default.
