- W4323688052 abstract "The sol–gel auto combustion technique has been used to synthesis the Ni2+, Mn2+ co-substituted CoFe2O4 spinel ferrite nanoparticles (Co1-2xNixMnxFe2O4, where × = 0, 0.2) successfully. The effect of calcination temperature of the Ni2+, Mn2+ co-substituted Cobalt ferrite nanoparticles on structural, magnetic and dielectric properties have been studied. The XRD patterns confirmed single phase cubic spinel structure for present ferrite systems. The porous and agglomerated morphology of the nano samples was displayed in the FESEM. The EDS has also confirmed the presence of Co, Ni, Mn, Fe, and O in all samples. The nanosize of the synthesized material has been identified by TEM. FTIR spectrum confirmed the formation of the spinel structure of ferrite. The VSM revealed that saturation magnetization decreases from (82.18emu g−1) to (59.92emu g−1). Dielectric properties such as dielectric constant (ε′) and dielectric loss factor (ε″) of synthesized ferrite nanoparticles were investigated as a function of frequency." @default.
