- W4324131342 abstract "近年，外傷性肋骨骨折に対して早期外科的固定の有用性が多数報告され，早期固定の重要性が増している．当院では外傷性多発肋骨骨折に対する肋骨固定術を2017年1月から2022年1月までに13例経験し，その内7例で分離換気と胸腔鏡を併用した．胸腔鏡非併用例では術前には認めなかった肺瘻を術後に認め，術中肺損傷が疑われる症例を経験した．また，下顎固定用プレートを用いた症例の中で術後にプレート折損を認めた症例を経験し，肋骨専用プレートの使用を開始した．肋骨固定術の際に胸腔鏡を併用することで手術操作に伴う合併症の予防ができる可能性が示唆された．また，胸郭の特性を基に設計された肋骨固定用プレートの有用性が認識されたためこれらを報告する．" @default.
