- W4328011718 abstract "In this paper, Newton’s equations of motion, which describe electron motion when electromagnetic wave propagates in magnetized plasma, are combined with the traditional auxiliary differential equation method (ADEFDTD). An iterative formula of finite difference time domain (FDTD) algorithm for the three dimensional time-varying magnetized plasma is derived, which is called Newton-ADEFDTD method. The correctness of the algorithm is verified by calculating the radar cross section (RCS) of the time-varying magnetized plasma sphere. At the same time, the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of metal spheres coated with plasma are calculated by using this algorithm. The results show that the metal spheres coated with magnetized plasma have better stealth effect than those coated with uncoated plasma and coated with non-magnetized plasma." @default.
