- W4328103225 abstract "The corrosion behavior of HR230 and 740 H alloys in CO2 and CO2 with 0.5% SO2 at 1000 ℃ was studied by molecular dynamics, thermodynamics and experiments. The weight gain of both alloys in CO2 environment was increased with the addition of 0.5% SO2, in which the weight gain of 740 H alloy was higher than that of HR230 alloy. Some CrS sulfides were observed in Cr2O3 oxide film of both alloys, while TiO2 oxides on 740 H alloy could reduce the infiltration of S element. Thermodynamic calculations of the corrosion reactions showed that serious internal vulcanization and internal oxidation would occur in both alloys when the content of SO2 exceeded 3%." @default.
