- W435455873 abstract "大分県のサツマイモから分離されたウイルスは，10科16種の植物中，アサガオ，I. setosaおよびC. amaranticolorに感染し，アサガオの病徴はSPFMV-S, -O, -Tと異なった．アサガオ粗汁液中の本ウイルスの保存限界は20℃で1日以内，希釈限界は10−3～10−4倍，不活化温度は50～60℃であった． さらに，ウイルス粒子の長さは約850 nmであり，モモアカアブラムシによって非永続的に伝搬された．一方，外被タンパク質は355アミノ酸より構成されており，SPVG各分離株と93～99％の相同性を示した．また，これを元にした分子系統樹により，本ウイルスはSPVG各分離株と同じ独立したクラスターを形成した．本ウイルスは，サツマイモへの単独感染では塊根表皮のわずかな退色のみの病徴にとどまったが，SPFMV-Sとの重複感染では，SPFMV-Sの単独感染よりも激しい病徴を示した．以上の結果から，本ウイルスはわが国では未報告のSPVGの分離株であることが明らかとなったため，SPVG-Oitaと命名したい．" @default.
