Histopatolojik incelemelerde, yara iyilesmesinin HBO grubunda erken donemlerde onde gittigi, ileri donemlerde, diger gruplarla aralarinda fark kalmadigi saptandi. Anahtar sozcukler: HIperbarik oksijen, cekim yarasi iyilesmesi. ABSTRACT In this study, effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on extraction wound healing have been investigated in Wistar Albino rats by giving % 100 oxygen at 2.5 ATA for 2x90 mm every day. Results were compared with normobaric oxygen (NBO: % 100 oxygen at 1 ATA 2x90 min) and normobaric air inhalated groups. Comparison of this groups show that HBO treatment provided better wound healing during early period. On the contrary the latter period healing was unsignificant when compared to other groups. Key words: Hyperbaric oxygen, extraction wound healing." @default.
