- W4360990183 abstract "지식재산권 보호는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 국가 경쟁력의 핵심으로 그 중요성이 점점 강조되고 있다. 이 연구는 지식재산권 보호를 위해 일본에서는 국가적으로 어떠한 노력을 하고 있으며, 학교에서는 지식재산교육이 어떻게 전개되고 있는지 그 특징을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 일본의 지식재산교육 정책을 검토하고 의무교육 단계의 교육과정에 해당하는 학습지도요령을 분석하였다. 그 결과 정책 측면에서는 학생들에 대한 ‘지식재산 창조 교육’을 국가적으로 임해야 할 시급하고 중요한 과제로 명확하게 제시하면서 능동적으로 대응해나가고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 학습지도요령에 나타난 지식재산교육 관련 목표 및 내용 요소를 분석한 결과에서는 다음과 같은 세 가지의 특징이 드러났다. 첫째, 지식재산교육 커리큘럼이 소학교와 중학교의 학교급별로 계통적・체계적으로 구성되어 있다. 둘째, 지식재산교육 내용을 포괄적으로 반영하고 있는 교과로 소학교는 도화공작(図画工作)과, 중학교는 미술과와 기술・가정과로 나타났다. 셋째, 의무교육 단계에서는 저작권 관련 지식・이해와 지식재산을 존중하는 태도를 강조하고 있다. 이와 같은 일본의 지식재산교육은 특정 교과에서 한정적으로 다루고 있는 우리나라 의무교육 단계에서의 지식재산교육에 정책 마련이나 커리큘럼 구성 측면에서 유의미한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.The importance of protecting intellectual property rights is increasingly emphasized as the core of national competitiveness in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. The purpose of this study was to examine the national efforts to protect intellectual property rights and the characteristics of intellectual property education(IPE) in Japan. To this end, this paper investigated the Japanese policy of IPE and analyzed the curriculum guidelines of elementary and junior high school in Japan focusing on the goals and content elements related to IPE. The research results are as follows: Japanese government corresponded IPE proactively and presented 'Intellectual Property Creation Education' for students as an urgent and important issue that should be addressed on a national level. As a result of analyzing curriculum guidelines, the following three characteristics were revealed. First, the curriculum structure related to IPE is systematic for each school level in elementary and junior high schools. Second, subjects that comprehensively reflect the content of IPE are ‘drawing & crafts’ in elementary school and ‘arts’ and ‘technology & home economics’ in junior high school. Third, both ‘knowledge and understanding’ related to copyright and ‘attitude’ to respect intellectual property are generally emphasized in the compulsory education stage. This study provides significant implications in terms of policy making and curriculum composition to IPE of compulsory education stag in Korea, where limitedly dealt with in specific subjects." @default.
