• W4361004893 abstract "Рассматривается влияние существующих территориальных ресурсов на формирование валового регионального продукта (ВРП). Проводится анализ индикатора ВРП на душу населения как показателя уровня благосостояния жителей соответствующего региона. Изучается динамика ВРП на душу населения, выделяются лидирующие и отстающие регионы, оцениваются причинно-следственные связи. Отдельно рассматриваются данные Северо-Кавказского федерального округа как округа с наибольшим количеством регионов-аутсайдеров по значению валового регионального продукта на душу населения. Дается более подробная характеристика состояния ресурсной базы и ресурсного потенциала регионов округа, где большее внимание уделяется Ставропольскому краю. Проводится исследование структуры ВРП края, отдельно отмечается сельское хозяйство (12,52% в структуре ВРП на 2019 год), приводится сравнение с показателями по СКФО и Российской Федерации. Исследуемый период охватывает 2000-2019 гг. По итогам проведенного исследования отмечается необходимость развития агропромышленного производства в Российской Федерации, а также комплексного подхода к оценке социально-экономического развития регионов и уровня благосостояния населения, в который будет включен анализ ресурсов и ресурсного потенциала территории. An assessment is made of the impact of existing territorial resources on the formation of the gross regional product (GRP). The analysis of the GRP per capita indicator is carried out as an indicator of the level of well-being of the inhabitants of the corresponding region. The dynamics of GRP per capita is studied, the leading ones are singled out and lagging regions, causal relationships are assessed. Data of the North Caucasus Federal District, as the district with the largest number of outsider regions in terms of gross regional product per capita. A detailed description of the state of the resource base and the resource potential of the regions of the district, where more attention is paid to the Stavropol Territory. A study of the structure of the GRP of the region is being carried out, agriculture is separately noted, a comparison is made with the indicators for the North Caucasus Federal District and the Russian Federation(4.15% in GRP structure for 2019). The period under study covers 2000-2019. Based on the results of the study, the need for the development of agro-industrial production in the Russian Federation is noted, as well as an integrated approach to assessing the socio-economic development of regions and the level of well-being of the population, which will include an analysis of the resources and resource potential of the territory.
