- W4361018602 abstract "In general, the incidence of acne is most determined by the amount of sebum by the facial skin type. This study analyzed the relationship between the incidence of acne due to wearing a mask during aerobic exercise and the moisture level of the skin inside the mask and the effect of carbon dioxide on the skin during breathing or the reason why acne occurs. We would like to clarify the incidence of acne by wearing a mask during aerobic exercise. This review paper is a literature review and this method is a narrative review using PRISMA flow diagram. It appears that wearing masks for a long time is causing more and more skin diseases. It appears that various skin diseases are increasingly occurring due to wearing masks. It has been shown that long-term use of a mask during aerobic exercise not only can negatively affect the skin, but also has a rate of acne. Of all skin types, people with oily skin have experienced facial recurrence of acne or newly started acne. It is recommended to ventilate the inside of the mask during moderate intensity of exercise, even during light aerobic exercise." @default.
