Learn more.Copy URL Share a linkShare onFacebookTwitterLinkedInRedditWechat Zusammenfassung Die Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, daß bei autotroph wachsenden Kulturen von Chlorella pyrenoidosa für eine Nettosynthese von RNS während der G1 Licht erforderlich ist. Während der S-Phase bleibt der RNS-Gehalt konstant, in der G2 nimmt er abermals zu. Dieser zweite Anstieg ist nicht an direkte Belichtung gebunden, wird durch eine solche jedoch verstärkt. Er ist außerdem niedriger, wenn die Belichtung 4 Stunden früher als im normalen Licht-Dunkel-Wechsel von 16:8 Stunden abgebrochen wird. Die DNS-Synthese beginnt 4 Stunden nach der Induktion der Zellteilung und ist dementsprechend von direkter Belichtung unabhängig. Die Menge DNS, die gebildet wird, steht jedoch in Beziehung zu der Dauer der vorangegangenen Lichtzeit. Fräulein C. A. J. BORGERS sei für ihre Mithilfe bei den Versuchen an dieser Stelle gedankt.
