- W4362578052 abstract "본 연구는 지역과 연령에 따라 구분된 예비 고령자와 고령자 집단의 소비생활만족도, 디지털 소비생활 수준 및 인식 등의 차이를 살펴보고, 디지털 소비생활 수준 및 인식 관련 제변인이 각 집단의 소비생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 한국소비자원의 ｢2021 한국의 소비생활지표｣ 조사 데이터를 활용하였으 며, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 소비생활만족도는 지역에 따른 차이가 두드러져, 비수도권보다 수도권이 상 대적으로 저조한 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털소비생활 수준 및 인식 관련 변인 중 디지털소비 경험과 디지 털정보이해․활용 역량 수준은 고령자보다 예비 고령자가 높은 경향을 보였다. 디지털소비 여건 인식 중 ‘정보 활 용성’과 ‘디지털소비 여건 신뢰성’은 연령에 따른 차이가 나타나 예비 고령자가 높았던 반면, ‘문제 해결 용이성’ 및 ‘교육 충분성’은 지역에 따른 차이가 나타나 비수도권 지역이 높았다. 마지막으로, 수도권과 광역시․예비 고 령자의 소비생활만족도는 디지털 소비생활 수준 및 인식 관련 제변인에 따라 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타난 가 운데, 예비 고령자는 디지털거래에서의 문제 해결 용이성 인식이, 고령자는 교육 충분성 인식이 이들의 소비생활 만족도에 공통적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 고령화와 디지털화에 대응하는 소비자정책 방향 등에 대해 지역과 연령에 따른 집단별로 제시하였다." @default.
