Данный факт имеет решающее значение для количественной оценки влияния технологических и структурных изменений на производительность труда и эффективность производственно-хозяйственной деятельности высокотехнологичных промышленных предприятий, а также определяет, как изменения в составе рабочей силы и технологии влияют на относительную заработную плату. Данные и методы. В статье описывается стандартная теория, лежащая в основе большинства существующих оценок эластичности. Приведено обоснование, как модель с эндогенным и направленным технологическим прогрессом и распространением знаний между предприятиями приводит к иной интерпретации обычной регрессии эластичности. Подробные выводы приведены в ключевых моделях и уравнениях. Полученные результаты. Используя эндогенно-ориентированные технологические модели с международным распространением идей, выводятся соответствующие оценочные уравнения, необходимые для оценки эластичности замещения работников с высокой и низкой квалификацией на основе макроэкономической модели на промышленных предприятиях высокотехнологичных отраслей экономики с целью повышения их эффективности. Заключение. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в качестве теоретической основы для существующих оценок эластичности замещения работников разной квалификации на высокотехнологичных промышленных предприятиях в современных условиях хозяйствования. Introduction. The article is devoted to assessing the total elasticity of substitution of workers in high-tech industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions. It is concluded that the aggregate elasticity of substitution between workers with different skill levels is an important macroeconomic factor. This fact is crucial for quantifying the impact of technological and structural changes on the productivity and efficiency of the production and economic activities of high-tech industrial enterprises, and also determines how changes in the composition of the labor force and technology affect relative wages. Data and methods. The article describes the standard theory underlying most of the existing estimates of elasticity. The rationale is given for how a model with endogenous and directed technological progress and the spread of knowledge between enterprises leads to a different interpretation of the usual elasticity regression. Detailed conclusions are given in the key models and equations. Results. Using endogenously oriented technological models with international dissemination of ideas, the corresponding estimating equations are derived that are necessary to estimate the elasticity of substitution for workers with high and low qualifications based on a macroeconomic model in industrial enterprises of high-tech sectors of the economy in order to increase their efficiency. Conclusion. The results of the study can be used as a theoretical basis for existing estimates of the elasticity of substitution for workers of different qualifications at high-tech industrial enterprises in modern economic conditions." @default.
