Переход на цифровые рельсы создает возможность реорганизовать производственный процесс и сформировать эффективное взаимодействие всех субъектов цифровой экосистемы. Это обуславливает необходимость исследования процесса и возможных направлений осуществления цифровой трансформации для обеспечения повышения уровня конкурентоспособности предприятий. Цель статьи – представить результаты исследования процесса и направлений цифровой трансформации предприятий как условия устойчивой конкурентоспособности. Данные и методы. Методология исследования основана на анализе и идеализации процесса цифровой трансформации, логическом обосновании сущности данного явления и выделении основных направлений цифровой трансформации. Обобщение данных консалтинговых компаний позволило сформировать основные тренды цифровой трансформации. Полученные результаты. Предложена структурная модель цифровой трансформации предприятия, включающая три компоненты: базовые сферы деятельности, процессы цифровизации и условия обеспечения конкурентоспособности. Заключение. Полученные выводы вносят вклад в развитие представлений о процессах цифровой трансформации предприятий как условия обеспечения их конкурентоспособности. Позволяют оценить общее состояние и выявить уязвимые места, снижающие уровень конкурентоспособности предприятия. Результаты исследования помогут предприятиям принимать точечные решения относительно методов обеспечения конкурентоспособности с учетом различий в уровне цифровизации Introduction. The problem of digital transformation of enterprises is explained by the need to ensure the long-term sustainable competitiveness of domestic manufacturers of industrial products in the conditions of digitalization. The transition to digital rails creates an opportunity to reorganize the production process and form effective interaction of all subjects of the digital ecosystem. This makes it necessary to study the process and possible directions of digital transformation to ensure an increase in the level of competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of the article is to present the results of the study of the process and directions of digital transformation of enterprises as a condition for sustainable competitiveness. Data and methods. The methodology of the research is based on the analysis and idealization of the process of digital transformation, the logical justification of the essence of this phenomenon and the identification of the main directions of digital transformation. Summarizing the data of consulting companies allowed us to form the main trends of digital transformation. The results obtained. A structural model of digital transformation of an enterprise is proposed, which includes three components: basic areas of activity, digitalization processes and conditions for ensuring competitiveness. Conclusion. The findings contribute to the development of ideas about the processes of digital transformation of enterprises as a condition for ensuring their competitiveness. They allow to assess the general condition and identify vulnerabilities that reduce the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. The results of the study will help enterprises make targeted decisions regarding methods of ensuring competitiveness, taking into account differences in the level of digitalization." @default.
