Thermoelectric devices need to work for a long time under the environment of high temperature and large temperature difference or even changing temperature field, and need to withstand the harsh service conditions of heat, force, electricity and other external fields combined and coupled. The long-term reliability and service performance of the device become a problem for industrial applications of devices. The structure of the thermoelectric power supply is under the action of dynamic load, due to insufficient radial restraint of the thermoelectric module, it is very likely that the upper and lower panels are misaligned, which may cause damage to the thermoelectric module. This paper studies the failure of thermoelectric devices after service, and analyses the failure interface, which provides a basis for optimizing the structure of thermoelectric devices and protecting the fragile components." @default.
