Health problems that often occur in the elderly are hypertension. Hypertension is called the silent killer because it often causes no symptoms. Purpose to determine the effect of giving foot massage to decrease blood pressure. Case study research design. This research was conducted on August 20-September 3, 2022. The population of this study as many as 5 people were given therapy foot massage for 30 minutes as much as 3 sessions performed once a week for 3 weeks and foot massage movements based on standard operating procedures. Based on the results carried out before and after being given foot massage there was a change in the value of blood pressure, namely the average result of a decrease in blood pressure systolic l6.6 mmHg and mean decrease in diastolic blood pressure 6.2 mmHg. It can be concluded that giving foot massage can reduce blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in the working area of Karang Kitri Health Center. Keywords: Elderly Hypertension, Foot Massage, Blood Pressure ABSTRAK Kelompok yang mudah mengalami masalah Kesehatan diantaranya adalah lansia, hal ini dikarenakan penurunan kekuatan dan daya tahan tubuhnya menurun seiring dengan bertambahnya usia. Masalah Kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada lansia yaitu hipertensi. Hipertensi disebut silent killer karena sering tidak menimbulkan gejala. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian foot massage terhadap penurunan tekanan darah. Desain penelitian Study Kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 20 Agustus-03 September 2022. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang diberikan terapi foot massage selama 30 menit sebanyak 3 sesi dilakukan satu kali seminggu selama 3 minggu dan gerakan foot massage berdasarkan standar operasional prosedur. Berdasarkan hasil yang dilakukan sebelum dan setelah diberikan foot massage terdapat perubahan nilai tekanan darah yaitu didapatkan hasil rata-rata penurunan tekanan darah sistol l6,6 mmHg dan rata-rata penurunan tekanan darah diastole 6,2 mmHg. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian foot massage dapat menurunkan tekanan darah padda lansia dengan hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Karang Kitri.
