- W4364304829 abstract "A pressure, temperature and salinity sensor realized by a tilted fiber Bragg grating (TFBG) connected with a silica capillary tube-based Fabry-Perot interferometer (FPI) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. The measured maximum pressure, temperature and salinity sensitivities of the sensor are 1.0749nm/MPa, 21.2pm/°C and 94.8pm/‰, respectively. Furthermore, the sensitivity matrix method is used to demodulate the three parameters simultaneously with cross-sensitivity. As illustrated, the proposed sensor is promising in marine monitoring due to easy fabrication, compact size and low cost." @default.
