Показано, что охрана обществен-ных отношений в сфере отправления правосудия являлась важной государственной функцией с момента становления нашего государства. Авторы обращаются к заложенным в памятниках феодального права основам ответственности за вынесение неправосудного судебного реше-ния, взяточничество в связи с отправлением правосудия, использование властных полномочий для оказания воздействия на суд, посягательство на лицо, обеспечивающее порядок в судеб-ном заседании. Методы и материалы: при подготовке статьи использовались общенаучные методы (анализ, обобщение, сопоставление, описание) и специальные методы юридической науки: формально-юридический и историко-правовой. Результаты исследования: позволили в контексте исторически модифицирующихся общественных отношений выявить наиболее острые современные проблемы форм и методов противодействия преступности. Выводы и заключения: охарактеризованы как соответствующие решаемым государ-ством задачам и подвергнуты критическому осмыслению современные тенденции развития уголовно-правовой охраны интересов правосудия, состоящие в расширении сферы обществен-ных отношений, выступающих в качестве объекта исследуемых посягательств; уточнении признаков возможных субъектов и потерпевших; признании важной роли оперативно-разыск-ной деятельности в уголовном судопроизводстве; межотраслевом согласовании пределов опе-ративно-разыскной активности и государственного принуждения. the history of the emergence and evolution of the norms providing for respon-sibility for crimes against justice is studied. It is shown that the protection of public relations in the field of administration of justice has been an important state function since the formation of our state. The authors refer to the foundations of responsibility for making an unjust court decision, bribery in connection with the administration of justice, the use of power to influence the court, and an en-croachment on the person who ensures order in the court session, laid down in the monuments of feudal law. Methods and materials: when preparing the article, general scientific methods (analysis, generalization, comparison, description) and special methods of legal science were used: formal legal and historical legal. The Results of the Study: made it possible to identify the most acute modern problems of forms and methods of combating crime in the context of historically changing social relations. Findings and Conclusions: characterized as corresponding to the tasks being solved by the state and subjected to critical reflection on modern trends in the development of the criminal law protection of the interests of justice, which consist in expanding the scope of social relations that act as an object of the encroachments under study; clarification of signs of possible subjects and victims; recognition of the important role of operational-search activity in criminal proceedings; intersectoral coordination of the limits of operational-search activity and state coercion.
