• W4366000865 abstract "인구의 초고령화와 사고 및 질병으로 인해 거동이 불편해진 사회적 관계 약자는 점차 증가하고 있으며, 이들은 사회로부터 고립되어 정서적으로 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그리고 이러한 상황을 개선하기 위한 노력으로 많은 방법들이 동원되고 있지만, 실내에서의 생활의 편의를 돕는 경우가 대부분이다. 사회적 관계 약자에게는 생활을 유지해 나갈 수 있는 지원적인 부분도 필요하지만 사회적 관계 수복에 따른 심리적 회복이 중요한 부분이기에 이를 해결해 줄 방안이 필요하다. 첨단 과학과 기술의 발달로 제공된 텔레프레즌스 로봇은 원격 제어를 통하여 공간의 구애를 벗어나 제어자의 업무를 대리 수행할 수 있다. 이러한 점은 사회적 관계가 부족해진 사람에게 사회적 대리자 역할을 수행할 수 있게 함으로써 이러한 문제를 해결하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 활용은 사회적 대리자 역할을 수행하기 위한 텔레프레즌스 역할이 점차 중요해짐을 강조하고 있으며, 이를 위한 디자인 개선 연구 또한 필요하다. 현재 판매되고 있는 텔레프레즌스 로봇은 많은 사람들에게 알려지지 않아 아직은 수용성 부분에 있어서 다소 부족한 부분이 있으며, 다양한 공간의 이동과 사회적 대리자 역할을 수행하기에 보완할 점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 텔레프레즌스 로봇의 정의와 다수국가에서 판매되고 있는 현황 그리고 텔레프레즌스 로봇의 사회적 역할과의 관계를 살펴보고, 로봇 전문가 집단 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 텔레프레즌스 로봇의 디자인 개선에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 로봇 전문가들은 기존의 텔레프레즌스 로봇의 관하여 하단(구동부)와 디스플레이 지지대 부분에 대하여 보완이 필요하다고 의견을 제시하였으며, 이를 근거로 몇 가지 디자인 개선안들을 제안하였으며, 이에 대하여 로봇 전문가들은 긍정적인 반응을 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과가 사회적 관계가 단절된 상황 속에서 사람들의 사회적 대리자 역할수행에 도움이 되길 바라며, 이로인한 사회적 관계 수복으로 사람들의 일상생활 회복에 긍정적인 영향을 미치길 바란다. Due to the aging population and accidents and illnesses, socially vulnerable people with limited mobility are gradually increasing and experiencing emotional difficulties due to isolation from society. Many efforts are being made to improve this situation, but most of them focus on improving convenience in indoor living. While supportive measures are necessary for socially vulnerable people to maintain their lives, it is also important to address their psychological recovery through social reintegration. Telepresence robots provided by advanced science and technology can perform the duties of a remote operator by transcending spatial constraints. This can help solve these problems by serving as a social surrogate for people who lack social connections. The use of telepresence robots for this purpose emphasizes the increasing importance of social surrogacy and the need for design improvements. Currently available telepresence robots are not wellknown to many people, so there are some shortcomings in terms of acceptance, and there are also areas that need to be supplemented in terms of mobility in various spaces and social surrogate roles. In this study, we examined the definition and current status of telepresence robots being sold in multiple countries, as well as their relationship with their social roles, and conducted in-depth interviews with a group of robot experts to study design improvements for telepresence robots. The robot experts suggested that improvements were needed in the lower part (drive unit) and display stand of the existing telepresence robot, and proposed several design improvement options based on this, which received a positive response from the robot experts. We hope that these research results will help people perform social surrogate roles in situations where social connections are severed, and have a positive impact on the restoration of their daily lives through the restoration of social relationships." @default.
