- W4366121478 abstract "Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is one of the aflatoxin toxins, which is most common in peanut, walnut and other foods. It is the strongest carcinogen among known chemicals, and it is not easy to decompose under conventional heating conditions, posing a great threat to human health, so it has attracted people’s attention. In this paper, a simple, highly selective, enzyme free and label free biosensor model was designed to detect AFB1.The addition of AFB1 in the system leads to the release of trigger sequence, and then two hairpins will be opened in turn and hybridized to form a continuous double chain structure rich in G-quadruplex. This structure will have high fluorescence after interacting with N-methylporphyrin dipropionate IX (NMM). In this paper, we use the software platform to analyze the thermodynamic properties of DNA sequences, simulate the reaction process and conditions of the model, and prove the feasibility theoretically. Finally, the feasibility of the model and sequence was verified by biological experiments." @default.
