Cent soixante-dix-huit prises en charge ont été discutées en réunions cliniques, dont 35 ont nécessité l’intervention du pharmacien pour ses compétences en psychopharmacologie. Le déploiement des CREPP en tant que dispositif de pharmacie clinique spécialisé en santé mentale apparaît comme une opportunité pertinente pour améliorer la qualité des soins en psychiatrie. The Resource and expertise centre in psychopharmacology aims to improve the use of psychotropic drugs and to develop the skills of professionals in psychopharmacology. We have carried out a synthesis of this new activity and screened the missions of the clinical pharmacist that are related to it. The retrospective study compared for each pharmacist's expertise: status and locality of the requestor, media used for the exchange, response time, theme of the request, number of patients concerned by the request, diagnosis of the patient's psychiatric disorder, drug class concerned. Three hundred and seventy-three expert assessments were carried out by the pharmacist; they concerned more than 440 patients. Sixteen training sessions were conducted for 176 health care staff. One hundred and seventy-eight cases were discussed in clinical meetings, of which 35 required the intervention of the pharmacist for his or her expertise in psychopharmacology. The deployment of the CREPP as a Clinical Pharmacy system specialized in mental health appears to be a relevant opportunity to improve the quality of care in psychiatry." @default.
