- W4366607178 abstract "Elliptic spherical staggered flower-like g-C3N4/TiO2 fluffy porous heterojunctions were prepared by solvothermal method using tetrabutyl titanate as titanium source and acetic acid as acid solvent. SEM and TEM showed that the ellipsoidal TiO2 was crisscrossed on the flowered TiO2, loaded on fluffy porous g-C3N4. The material exhibited good photodegradation of organic pollutants under visible light, and g-C3N4/TiO2-2 (CNT-2) could remove 99.5% MO within 120 min. In addition, CNT-2 exhibited remarkable photodegradation performance for single and binary mixtures. The main reason for improved performance is that elliptic spherical staggered flower-like TiO2 and porous g-C3N4 form a heterojunction, which is benefit to reduce the electron-hole recombination efficiency of TiO2 and improve the separation of electron-hole pairs. This result presents a simple strategy for photodegradation of organic pollutants." @default.
