The study of neurological status, features of the psychoemotional sphere, accentuations of character and temperament of the individual, quality of life was carried out. The Beck Depres-sion Inventory, the Spielberger-Khanin State-Trait Anxiety Inventory test, the K. Leonhard - H. Schmischek Inventory test and the Vestibular Rehabilitation Benefit Questionnaire were admin-istered.The following features between two groups were revealed: absence of significant differences in trait anxiety, statistically significant differences in state anxiety and the severity of depressive symptoms, as well as significant variations in the spectrum of personality accentuations and a lack of quality of life.The results are relevant and important in the field of management of patients with vestibular migraine and allow us to focus due attention on psychoemotional distinctiveness and lack of quality of life in this debilitating pathology, for the possibility of presenting the nec-essary individual strategy to overcome the disease.Изучение особенностей состояния психоэмоциональной сферы и качества жизни у пациентов с вестибулярной мигренью.В исследование были включены 56 пациентов (10 мужчин и 46 женщин в возрасте от 18 до 50 лет) с вестибулярной мигренью и группа контроля — 56 пациентов с мигренью без ауры. Проводилось исследование неврологического статуса, особенностей психоэмоциональной сферы, акцентуаций характера и темперамента личности, качества жизни. Использовались опросник Бека (Beck Depression Inventory), тест Ч.Д. Спилбергера, Ю.Л. Ханина (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory), тест К. Леонгарда — Н. Шмишека (K. Leonhard — H. Schmischek Inventory), вестибулярный опросник (Vestibular Rehabilitation Benefit Questionnaire).Выявлены особенности, в частности отсутствие значимых различий личностной тревожности, наличие статистически значимых отличий в ситуационной тревожности, выраженности депрессивной симптоматики между двумя группами, а также значимые вариации в спектре личностных акцентуаций и дефиците качества жизни.Полученные результаты являются актуальными и важными для ведения пациентов с вестибулярной мигренью и позволяют сфокусировать должное внимание на психоэмоциональной дистинктивности и снижении качества жизни при этой патологии для возможностей предоставления необходимой индивидуальной стратегии преодоления заболевания." @default.
