Prostate cancer is the second most frequent cancer and the eighth leading cause of cancer death in men in the world. In Indonesia, it is the fifth most common cancer with 7.4% from 183,368 new cases. Structural imaging modalities (USG, CT, and MRI) are standard routine clinical examinations, but they were limited for cancer staging, restaging in patients with biochemical recurrence, and in assessing therapeutic response. Nuclear imaging with 11C-choline, 18F-fluoromethylcholine, 18F-fluciclovine, 68Ga-PSMA, and 18F-PSMA have significant role in the management of prostate cancer." @default.
