Изучить офтальмологический статус работников, занятых в современной нефтяной промышленности. Материалы и методы. Объектом исследования выбраны организации и подразделения нефтегазодобывающего профиля Государственной нефтяной компании Азербайджанской Республики. Путем систематической случайной выборки было охвачено 1852 работника 13 предприятий. Исследуемые были подразделены на четыре группы по возрасту («18–29 лет», «30–45 лет», «46–59 лет», «60 лет и старше»); по стажу работы – на три группы («менее 5 лет», «от 6 до 15 лет», «свыше 16 лет»); тяжесть труда оценивалась по трем группам: «класс А» – оптимальные, «класс В» – допустимые, «класс С» – вредные условия труда. Были использованы анкеты-опросники (N=1852), проводилось общеклиническое исследование на рабочих местах с использованием мобильной клиники Национального центра офтальмологии имени академика Зарифы Алиевой. Статистическая обработка проводилась с вычислениями точного критерия χ2 (критерия Фишера). Степень производственной обусловленности выявленных заболеваний и нарушений здоровья рабочих определяли на основании расчета относительного риска (RR) с расчетом доверительного интервала (ДИ). Результаты. Установлено, что в среднем 55,5±3,7% рабочих мест по предприятиям относятся к классу А; у 64,9% обследованных имелись жалобы на орган зрения широкого спектра; 46,5% респондентов отметили наличие контакта (в том числе и непрямого) с вредными химическими веществами в процессе деятельности на рабочем месте, среди которых ведущими являются нефть и нефтепродукты (56,1%), а также газ и газовые конденсаты (30,3%). У наиболее стажированных работников вероятность выявления офтальмологических патологий в 9 раз выше, чем у малостажированных (RR=1,3, ДИ 0,67–0,84, р<0,005). Выводы. Состояние офтальмологического статуса работников, занятых в современной нефтяной промышленности в Азербайджане, напрямую зависит от стажа работы, возраста нефтяников и от тяжести условий труда. Relevance. In Azerbaijan, the study of ocular pathologies of oil workers at the present stage is of great relevance due to the modernization of the oil industry. Purpose. To study the ophthalmological status of workers employed in the modern oil industry. Materials and methods. The object of the study is the organizations and divisions of the oil and gas production profile of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan. By systematic random sampling, 1,852 employees from 13 enterprises were covered. The subjects were divided into four groups by age (18–29 years, 30–45 years, 46–59 years, 60 years and older); by work experience - into three groups (less than 5 years, from 6 to 15 years, over 16 years); the severity of labor was assessed in three groups: class A – optimal, class B – acceptable, class C – harmful working conditions. Questionnaires were used (N=1852), a general clinical study was conducted in the workplace using the mobile clinic of the National Center of Ophthalmology named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva. Statistical processing was carried out with calculations of the exact criterion χ2 (Fisher’s criterion). The degree of production conditionality of the detected diseases and health disorders of workers was carried out based on the calculation of relative risk (RR) with the calculation of the confidence interval (CI). Results. It was found that, on average, 55.5±3.7% of workplaces in enterprises belong to Class A; 64.9% of the surveyed had complaints about a wide-spectrum organ of vision; 46.5% of respondents noted the presence of contact (including indirect) with harmful chemicals in the workplace, among which oil is the leading and petroleum products (56.1%), as well as gas and gas condensates (30.3%). The most trained workers are 9 times more likely to detect ophthalmic pathologies than the least trained (RR=1.3, CI 0.67–0.84, p<0.005). Conclusion. The state of the ophthalmological status of workers employed in the modern oil industry in Azerbaijan directly depends on the length of service, the age of oil workers and the severity of working conditions." @default.
