- W4367845793 abstract "본 연구는 청년세대의 일자리 만족도 유형을 확인하고, 각 유형에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 급여, 고용 안정성, 복리후생, 업무내용, 근무시간 및 업무량, 근무환경, 의사소통 및 인간관계, 개인의 발전가능성, 전반적인 만족도를 일자리 만족도 지표변인으로 활용하여 잠재프로파일분석을 실시하였다. 또한, 학교교육경험 도움 정도, 일자리 내 자율성 및 권한, 발전가능성 정도와 같은 조직풍토, 전공 및 직무 일치 수준이 잠재집단유형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 분석을 위해 한국교육개발원에서 수행한 한국교육종단연구 2005 11차년도 자료를 활용하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 일자리 만족도 유형은 4개의 잠재집단으로 ‘발전가능성 불만’ 집단, ‘급여 및 복리후생 불만’ 집단, ‘의사소통 및 인간관계 만족’집단, ‘높은 일자리 만족’ 집단으로 구분되었다. 둘째, 일을 통해 업무 능력을 높일 기회 정도, 자신의 필요에 따른 업무 시간 조정 정도, 교육, 기술-업무 수준은 모든 집단을 구분에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 업무 속도를 스스로 결정하거나 변경할 수 있는 정도는 집단 구분에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 청년세대가 원하는 직장문화와 환경을 밝혔으며, 기업을 운영하거나 고용 또는 취업정책을 운용하는 책임자에게 필요한 시사점을 제시하였다.The purpose of this study was to identify the types of job satisfaction among the youth generation and explore the factors that affect each type. Latent profile analysis was conducted using indicators of job satisfaction. Additionally, the study examined how organizational climate factors, such as the degree of help with school education experience, autonomy and authority in jobs, the degree of development potential, and the level of major and job matching, affect potential group types. Data from the 11th year of the 2005 Korean Education Termination Study conducted by the Korea Educational Development Institute were used for analysis.The study found that job satisfaction can be classified into four potential groups: the “development possibility dissatisfaction” group, the “salary and welfare dissatisfaction” group, the “communication and human relations satisfaction” group, and the “high job satisfaction” group. Furthermore, the degree of opportunity to improve work ability through work, the degree of adjustment of work hours according to one's needs, and the level of education and skill-work had a significant effect on the classification of all groups. However, the degree to which the speed of work can be determined or changed by itself did not affect group classification. Based on the study's results, the desired workplace culture and environment of the younger generation were revealed, and necessary implications for those in charge of running a company or managing employment or employment policies were suggested." @default.
