Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has changed the paradigm in various business models, one of which is in the library, from a conventional model to a system model based on ICT while still referring to the needs of users. This has triggered the presence of HR management in the library with orientation to human resources who have various competencies, such as service competencies, library material organizing competencies, managerial competencies, and competencies in the ICT field itself. An indication of the success of a library can be seen from how successful it is in providing services to users and being able to provide comfort, which can be measured by the way of communication or interaction. The library is a center for managing information and providing information services for the community or for readers in particular. The library has a meaning as a place, in which there are several activities, such as collecting, processing, disseminating all kinds of written information or even recorded in various print media such as books, magazines, newspapers, cassettes, computers, and so on. And all the sources of information are compiled based on the system and used as learning materials or information retrieval for readers. Libraries also have an important position for the community and students in particular to provide them with fast and complete information." @default.
