- W4368405194 abstract "본 연구는 중소병원 간호‧간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 역할갈등, 간호 전문직관 및 직무만족의 정도를 확인하고 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 영향요인들을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 U광역시 6개, B광역시 1개, Y시 1개 기관의 각 시에 소재하는 100병상 이상 300병상 미만의 중소병원 8개 기관에서 근무하는 간호사 180명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도와 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차, t-검정과 일원배치 분산분석, 상관관계 그리고 단계별 다중회귀분석을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 간호‧간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 직무만족은 능력부족과 음의 상관관계(r=-.204, p =.006), 사회적 인식(r=.565, p <.001), 간호 실무역할(r=.471, p <. 001), 전문직 자아개념(r=.441, p <.001), 간호의 전문성(r=.436, p <.001)과는 양의 상관관계, 간호의 독자성(r=-.24 3, p <.001)과는 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 직무만족에 미치는 변인들의 영향력을 단계식 다중회귀분석로 분석한 결과, 직무만족은 사회적 인식과 간호‧간병통합서비스 병동 근무경력, 능력부족이 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 사회적 인식을 높이며 체계적인 제도 개선 및 활성화로 양질의 간호를 위한 기반을 마련하고, 나아가 중소병원 간호‧간병통합서비스 병동의 확대 시행과 안정적이고 효율적인 운영에 도움이 될 것을 기대한다. This study investigates the role conflict, nursing profession, and degree of job satisfaction in integrated nursing care service wards of small-medium hospitals. We further endeavor to identify factors that help increase job satisfaction. Data were collected from 180 nurses working in 8 small and medium-sized hospitals with more than 100 beds and less than 300 beds; 6 in U Metropolitan City, 1 in B Metropolitan City, and 1 in Y City. The job satisfaction of subjects was negatively correlated with lack of ability(r=-.204, p =.006). The subdomains of nursing professionalism comprising social recognition (r=.565, p <.001), attributes of nursing practice (r=.471, p <.001), professional self-concept(r=.441, p <.001), and nursing specialty (r=.436, p <.001) showed a positive correlation, whereas nursing uniqueness(r=-.243, p <.001) showed a negative correlation. Results of the Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis revealed significant associations between job satisfaction in social recognition, work experience in the integrated nursing care service ward, and lack of ability. Results of this study are expected to raise social recognition and revitalize the education-only nursing system. This will help to provide a foundation for high-quality nursing through systematic institutional improvement and activation, and further help to expand and operate the integrated nursing care service ward in small and medium hospitals." @default.
