Para tanto, propõe-se a Escala de Recursos Intangíveis (ERINT) para mensurar reputação, recurso relacional e recurso humano. Por meio de um survey, sessenta e cinco gestores de restaurantes do Brasil foram acessados. Demonstrando ser adequada para análises dos recursos intangíveis em restaurantes, a escala proposta permitiu verificar que, o recurso humano, melhora o desempenho nos restaurantes. Conclui-se que a ERINT é relevante na mensuração de recursos intangíveis, especialmente no segmento de serviços. E, para se obter alto desempenho, restaurantes gastronômicos devem investir no desenvolvimento de competências pessoais." @default.
