- W4376471716 abstract "The reservoir of Xing’anling group in Beier Sag of Hailar basin is characterized by poor physical properties, poor pore connectivity, easy swelling of clay, strong sensitivity, and high content of tuffaceous and clay minerals, which leads to loose reservoir cementation and serious hydration. It is difficult to inject proppant in the early stage of conventional guar gum fracturing fluid system, and sand plugging phenomenon is serious, resulting in low success rate of fracture operation and poor stimulation effect. In view of the above problems, this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of reservoir damage, carries out a series of laboratory tests and evaluation work, uses CST capillary absorption time tester and mineral clay expansion tester, establishes water absorption equation, determines the characteristics of cuttings dispersion and gel in the reservoir containing tuff, and optimizes the anti-swelling compound system with better comprehensive performance. A kind of acidic low-damage cellulose fracturing fluid system was developed, which using modified cellulose as thickening agent, with fast dispersion and short swelling time and convenient for on-site preparation; an acidic crosslinking agent suitable for modified cellulose was developed to form a 90 ℃ fracturing fluid formula, of which gel break thoroughly and with better fluid loss resistance than conventional systems. The system has a low residue contentment, the gel breaker is weakly acidic and has good temperature and shear resistance, which can meet the technical requirements for fracturing of tuff-containing reservoirs in the Xing’anling Group of the Hailar Basin." @default.
