- W4376648967 abstract "High mobility organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) are realized through a combined modification strategy of processing solvent and dielectric interface when a wide bandgap donor-acceptor conjugated polymer PBODT with edge-on orientation and high crystallinity was applied. The pre-aggregation ability of PBODT in different solvents exhibits different crystallinity but remains typical edge-on orientation. Moreover, the surface energy modulation of the semiconductor/dielectric interface enhances the transport property of PBODT, delivering a high mobility of 3.68 cm2V−1s−1. In addition, a comparable mobility of 3.06 cm2V−1s−1 is demonstrated via the eco-friendly solvent mesitylene. The results have demonstrated that the synergy of solvent and dielectric interface can provide new vitality for the application of high-performance environmentally friendly OTFTs." @default.
