• W4377010873 abstract "To observe the clinical efficacy of blade acupuncture combined with functional exercise for chronic pain after non-small cell lung cancer surgery.A total of 62 patients with chronic pain after surgery for non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 31 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with functional exercise. On the base of the treatment in the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with blade acupuncture at the tendon nodes or painful points, once a week for 4 weeks. The visual analogue scale (VAS) scores of pain before treatment and day 1, day 7, day 14, day 28 of treatment and day 90, day 180 when follow up were compared between the two groups; the brief pain inventory (BPI) scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The VAS score in the observation group at each time point after treatment was lower than that before treatment (P<0.01), and lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Compared before treatment, the daily life score, emotion score, walking ability score, sleep score and life enjoyment score and total score of BPI in the observation group were reduced after treatment (P<0.05), and the daily life score, emotion score, sleep score and total score of BPI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The blade acupuncture combined with functional exercise could effectively alleviate the chronic pain after non-small cell lung cancer surgery, improve the quality of life of patients, and the effect is lasting and stable.目的：观察刃针疗法联合功能锻炼治疗非小细胞肺癌术后慢性疼痛的临床疗效。方法：将62例非小细胞肺癌术后慢性疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组31例。对照组采用功能锻炼治疗，观察组在对照组基础上取局部筋结点或疼痛点进行刃针治疗，每周治疗1次，共治疗4周。比较两组患者治疗前，治疗第1天（d 1）、第7天（d 7）、第14天（d 14）、第28天（d 28）及第90天（d 90）、第180天（d 180）随访时疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分和治疗前后简明疼痛量表（BPI）评分。结果：观察组患者治疗后各时间点疼痛VAS评分均较治疗前降低（P<0.01），且低于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组治疗后BPI日常生活、情绪、行走能力、睡眠、生活享受评分及总分均较治疗前降低（P<0.05），且日常生活、情绪、睡眠评分及总分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：刃针疗法联合功能锻炼可有效缓解非小细胞肺癌术后慢性疼痛，提高患者生活质量，作用持久且稳定。." @default.
