However, the lack of compliance with the application of these behaviors is one of the factors that causes an increase in blood pressure even though there is a lot of information and is widespread in the Hypertension community. This study was to determine the relationship between CERDIK behavior and blood pressure in patients with hypertension in the working area of Kuripan Health Center. This study with a cross sectional study design with samples taken by purposive sampling. The results of the study obtained CERDIK behavior on the Enough criteria as many as 27 respondents (35.5%) with uncontrolled blood pressure as many as 51 respondents (51.7%), while based on the spearman rho correlation analysis test, the value with p-value <0.05, means that there is a significant relationship between the relationship between CERDIK behavior and blood pressure in patients with hypertension at the Kuripan Health Center and the results on the correlation coefficient show 0.513 with a positive value meaning that the level of correlation strength is moderate with the direction of the correlation being unidirectional. Pemerintah mengimbau penerapan perilaku CERDIK untuk mencegah komplikasi pada penderita hipertensi. Namun masih kurangnya kepatuhan penerapan perilaku tersebut menjadi salah satu faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan tekanan darah walaupun informasi telah banyak dan berkembang luas di masyarakat hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perilaku CERDIK dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuripan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study dengan sampel diambil secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan perilaku CERDIK pada kriteria cukup sebanyak 27 responden (35,5%) dengan tekanan darah tidak terkontrol sebanyak 51 responden (51,7%), sedangkan berdasarkan uji analisa korelasi spearman rho didapatkan nilai dengan p-value < 0,05 dimana terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara hubungan antara perilaku CERDIK dengan tekanan darah pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Kuripan serta hasil pada koefisien korelasi menunjukkan 0,513 dengan nilai positif artinya tingkat kekuatan korelasi sedang dengan arah korelasi bersifat searah, semakin meningkat perilaku cerdik seseorang maka tekanan darah semakin bisa terkontrol dengan p-value sebesar < 0,05 (0,000). Penguatan promosi kesehatan pada penderita risiko tinggi Hipertensi dan meningkatkan deteksi dini sehingga meminimalisir komplikasi penyakit.
