The archive contains documents linking him to initiatives such as, among others, the FULCRE (United Front against Aesthetic Reactionaries), the International Music Bureau in Moscow, but above all the LEAR (League of Revolutionary Artists and Writers) and his visit to Republican Spain during the Civil War in 1937.
