Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis media tanam dan dosis mikoriza campuran serta interaksi pada keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kakao (Theobroma cacao L.). Penelitian ini bertempat di Desa Lamgapang, Kecamatan Krueng Barona Jaya, Aceh Besar pada 15 Februari 2020 sampai 30 Mei 2020. Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan pola Faktorial 4 x 4 dengan tiga kali ulangan. Terdapat dua faktor yang diteliti antara lain jenis media tanam (M) dan dosis mikoriza campuran (D). Penelitian ini menganalisis data engan menggunakan ANOVA. Apabila hasil uji F menunjukkan hasil berpengaruh nyata (a= 5%), maka akan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda antar rata-rata perlakuan menggunakan prosedur uji lanjut Uji Beda Nyata Jujur pada taraf 5% (BNJ0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis media tanam terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kakao dijumpai pada jenis media tanam tanah: pupuk kandang: ampas kopi. Jenis media tanam tersebut berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi bibit pada umur 90 HSPT, diameter pangkal batang pada umur 30 dan 90 HSPT. Hasil penelitian terbaik berdasarkan dosis mikoriza dijumpai pada dosis 20 g polibag-1, hal ini terlihat pada parameter diameter pangkal batang umur 30, 60, 90 HSPT, tinggi bibit pada umur 30, 60, 90 HSPT, volume akar, panjang akar, berat berangkasan kering, berat berangkasan basah dan persentase akar terkolonisasi mikoriza. The Effect of Planting Media Type and Mixed Mycorrhizal on Dosage Growth of Cocoa Seeds (Theobroma cacao L.)Abstract. This study purpose to determine the effect of the type of planting medium and the dose of mixed mycorrhizae and their interactions on the growth of cacao seedlings (Theobroma cacao L.). The research was carried in Lamgapang Village, Krueng Barona Jaya District, Aceh Besar from 15 February 2020 to 30 May 2020. The design used in this study was a Randomized Block Design with a 4 x 4 factorial pattern with three replications. There were two factors studied, including the type of planting medium (M) and the dose of mixed mycorrhizae (D). This study analyzed the data using ANOVA. If the results of the F test show that the results have a significant effect (a= 5%), it will be continued with a difference test between the treatment averages using the further test procedure of Honest Significant Difference Test at the level of 5% (BNJ0,05). The results showed that the best type of planting media on the growth of cocoa seedlings was found in the types of soil planting media: manure: coffee grounds. The type of planting media had a significant effect on the parameters of seedling height at 90 HSPT, stem diameter at 30 and 90 HSPT. The best research results based on the mycorrhizal dose were found at a dose of 20 g polybag-1, this was seen in the parameters of the diameter of the base of the stem at the age of 30, 60, 90 HSPT, seedling height at the age of 30, 60, 90 HSPT, root volume, root length, plant weight. dry weight, wet weight and percentage of mycorrhizal colonized roots." @default.
