- W4378071021 abstract "当研究グループで合成に成功しているPAA-TiOx NPsは，in vivoにおいて一定数腫瘍に蓄積し，放射線増感効果を示したが，腫瘍以外での蓄積も確認された．そこで本研究では，腫瘍外での蓄積抑制を目指し，新たな粒子分散修飾剤の検討を行った．具体的には，ガン細胞で過剰発現するGlucose Transporter 1（GLUT1）を標的とした，ポリフェノール配糖体であるα-Glucosylrutin（RutinG）を修飾した過酸化チタンナノ粒子（RutinG-TiOx NPs）の作製に成功した．RutinG-TiOx NPsには，PAAと同様に粒子分散を行う機能があり，放射線増感効果を高めるH2O2の徐放性が確認された．更には，in vitroで放射線増感効果を持つことを示し，GLUT1標的を駆動力とした粒子の細胞取り込み量増加を確認できた．" @default.
