Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perencanaan pemerataan pendidikan di pelosok desa sebagai peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. pentingnya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, karena hal ini akan membantu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, menurunkan angka kemiskinan, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan meningkatkan kemajuan negara. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur, melalui sumber sumber seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku dan situs web terpercaya, diharapkan menghasilkan informasi dan pengetahuan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan sebagai salah satu dari fungsi manajemen yang sangat penting. Bahkan kegiatan perencanaan ini melekat pada kegiatan sekolah. meningkatkan mutu pendidikan yang ada di daerahnya. Untuk meratakan pendidikan di pelosok, pemerintah perlu merancang rencana yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi pemerataan yang terjadi di bidang pendidikan di indonesia dapat di tanggulangi dengan berbagai upaya mulai dari pemerintah pusat dan warga yang berada di desa tersebut.
