Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode silogisme dengan pola pikir deduksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hakim dalam menjatuhkan putusannya dengan melakukan berbagai pertimbangan Hakim yang didasarkan atas pertimbangan yuridis dan non yuridis menjatuhkan vonis pidana penjara selama 1 (satu) tahun dan 6 (enam) bulan dan pelatihan kerja selama 3 (tiga) bulan terhadap Anak Pelaku tindak pidana persetubuhan yang mengakibatkan kehamilan seorang Anak dalam Putusan Hakim Nomor: 6/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Sgn telah sesuai dengan Pasal 79 Undang-Undang Nomor</em> <em>11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak.</em></p><p> <em>K</em><em>ata Kunci: Pertimbangan Hakim, Tindak Pidana Anak, Pidana Penjara, Pembuktian.</em></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong><em>: T</em><em>his study aims to examine the suitability of the application of the law to the judges' considerations in the Sragen District Court Decision Number: 6/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.Sgn which imposes a prison sentence of 1 (one) year and 6 (six) months and job training for 3 (three) months against the Child Perpetrator of the crime of sexual intercourse resulting in the pregnancy of a child under Article 79 of Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Child Criminal Justice System. This research uses normative legal research methods that are prescriptive and applied. The research approach used is a case approach. This research uses primary and secondary legal sources. The technique of analyzing legal materials in this study uses the syllogism method with a deductive mindset. The result of the study indicate that the judge in imposing the verdict with do various consideration judge which bases on juridical and non juridical considerations impose a sentense of imprisonment foe 1 (one) year and 6 (six) month and job training for 3 (three) month for Child Perpetrators the crimen of sexual intercourse which results in the pregnancy of a child in the decision judge Number: 6/Pid.Sus/2019/PN.
