It involves the identification, grouping, and analysis of the genetic elements that make up a genome. Genome classification is used to understand the evolutionary relationships between various organisms, and to develop better treatments for diseases, safe food production. This paper presents an overview of genome classification using C5.0. It begins by discussing the importance of genome classification in terms of understanding genetic composition and the utility of C5.0 as a powerful algorithm for this purpose. It then reviews existing research in genome classification and the results that have been achieved using C 5.0. The paper concludes with a discussion of the potential applications of C5.0 in the future and the prospects for further research. We will review the relation between CDS, GC% and Size(Mb) and their importance in the identification. The function of the genome and species ecology are projected to be greatly impacted by GC%. Hotspots of GC content, or regions with higher GC content than the average, can indicate the presence of regulatory regions or other features of a genome that are essential to understanding its structure and function. Hence, this paper also visualizes GC content hotspots that can be used as a base for future genomic and evolution based studies." @default.
