- W4381989615 abstract "본 논문은 전기차를 위한 감성 조명용 Crash Pad Garnish Body 부품을 사출할 때, 뒤틀림이나 휨이 적도록 하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 물성치 시험을 통하여 부품에 적절한 소재를 선정하였고, 이 재료를 적용하여 사출 유동 해석을 하였으며, 해석으로부터 유동 압력, 온도 분포, 각부의 변형 등의 사출 조건을 구하였다. 유동 압력은 게이트 입구에서 최대 압력 85.51MPa을 보이며, 온도 분포는 최고 온도는 중앙 하부와 우측 끝 부위에서 약 300℃이고, 좌측 부위는 270℃이었다. 해석한 결과를 토대로 시험용 부품과 그에 대한 금형을 설계하고 제작하였으며, 제작된 금형을 이용하여 시험 사출을 하고, 시험 사출된 제품을 검사하였다. 검사 내용으로 외관검사, 휨과 뒤틀림 변형량, 무게 검사를 하였으며, 검사를 통하여 시제품의 품질을 확인하였다. 또한, 최근 이슈되는 유해물질 검사를 통하여 환경적 문제 유무를 검토하였다. 그 결과 모든 항목이 적합함을 보였다. This paper reports a technology to reduce distortion or bending when injecting Crash Pad Garnish Body parts for emotional lighting for electric vehicles. Appropriate materials for the parts were selected through the physical properties test. Injection flow analysis was performed by applying these materials, and injection conditions, such as flow pressure, temperature distribution, and deformation of each part, were obtained from the analysis. The flow pressure showed a maximum pressure of 85.51 MPa at the gate entrance, and the temperature distribution was approximately 300°C at the lower center and the right end and 270°C at the left side. Test parts and molds were designed and manufactured based on the analysis results, and test injection was performed using the manufactured mold, and the test-injected products were inspected. As for the inspection contents, appearance inspection, amount of deformation of bending and distortion, and weight inspection were performed, and the quality of the prototype was confirmed through inspection. In addition, the presence or absence of environmental problems was reviewed through the recent hazardous substance inspection. The results showed that all items were adequate." @default.
