- W4382023657 abstract "The leading role of the principle of childhood self-worth in the formation of the inclusive competence of a preschool teacher is highlighted. The results of modern studies of current childhood problems in the aspect of developing an inclusive approach in preschool education on the basis of child-centrism are studied. He determines that the personality of the child, who strives for self-education and self-improvement, individual, creative development, should be dominant in the pedagogical process. The principle of self-worth of childhood is designed to preserve the children's subculture, the uniqueness and originality of preschool childhood; therefore it determines the formation of the readiness of future educators for professional activities in conditions of inclusion. It was determined that inclusive competence is an integrative personal education that ensures the educator's ability to implement professional functions in the process of inclusive education, taking into account the educational needs of pupils and ensuring the inclusion of children in the environment of a preschool education institution, creating conditions for their development and self-development. In the structure of the educator's inclusive competence, key content (motivational, cognitive, reflexive) and operational competence are highlighted, which involves the educator's mastery of the skills to ensure the all-round development of children, the realization of their abilities; creation of an educational and correctional environment and a positive microclimate in a preschool education institution, formation of active interpersonal communication of pupils, provision of differentiated psychological and pedagogical support for children in need of additional educational support, provision of advisory assistance to families who raise them, involvement of parents in the development of individual plans and programs of learning and development. It is proven that the professional activity of the educator should be based on the psychological and pedagogical study of the potential and characteristics of the development of each child, forecasting of possible difficulties in the process of learning and upbringing and ways to overcome them, coordinated socio-pedagogical interaction of the teaching team. It has been established that the implementation of the ideas of integration and inclusion in preschool education institutions largely depends on the qualifications of teaching staff, which requires the appropriate improvement of the process of professional training of educators, improvement of innovative programmatic, educational-methodical and technological support of preschool education." @default.
