We focused on target correction of 3° valgus.High tibial osteotomy with computer navigation or non-invasive techniques is an effective treatment method for medial gonarthritis. There are no significant differences in clinical results according to the KSS and KOOS scales, as well as X-ray data after correction. We found significant differences in VAS scores.Изучение значимости использования компьютерной навигации для улучшения клинико-рентгенологических результатов лечения медиального гонартрита по сравнению с неинвазивными методиками контроля коррекции оси нижней конечности.В исследование вошли 73 пациента, которых разделили на две группы. Основная группа — 40 пациентов, контрольная — 33. Пациентам основной группы высокая тибиальная остеотомия выполнена с использование компьютерной навигации, контрольной — с помощью неинвазивных методик. Клиническую оценку пациентов проводили по различным шкалам — KSS, KOOS, ВАШ. Основные референтные углы нижней конечности оценивали рентгенологически.После операции в обеих группах отмечено улучшение клинических результатов по шкалам на всем протяжении послеоперационного периода. В большинстве случаев удалось добиться большей точности коррекции с использованием компьютерной навигации, ориентируясь на целевые показатели коррекции 3° вальгуса.Высокая тибиальная остеотомия с использованием компьютерной навигации или неинвазивных методик является эффективным методом лечения медиального гонартрита. Статистически значимой разницы клинических результатов по KSS и KOOS, а также рентгенологических результатов коррекции не отмечено.
