- W4382563732 abstract "The paper focuses on studying modern communication features between the authorities and the population in the context of the actualization of fast solutions and dynamic formats of interaction. The research goal is to describe the transformed (transitive) communications of the population and the authorities in the dynamic “reactive” conditions of digital interaction and network participation. The authors attempt to analyze the expanding possibilities of the initiative formation of the problematic field of communication in the virtual space. The authors demonstrate that the network nature of the interaction between the population and the authorities provides an opportunity for residents to set the direction of social and political transformations. The reactivity of the content of social and political relations is primarily determined by the composition of the participants, the goals and nature of communication, and the potential and actual social resources that the interacting participating parties can use. The paper describes the direct channels of virtual communication between the authorities and the population of the region in the conditions of “reactive” social and political interactions, considering the grounds of the subjectivity of the communication organization, the openness of communication, and the possibilities (resources) of the organization of virtual space. The research results demonstrate the increasing role of young people in building “reactive” (fast) communication networks. Respondents assign universal properties of consolidated socio-political interaction to virtual forms of communication. The authors outline the features of the organization of communication between government representatives and the population in the conditions of “reactive” social and political interactions. Additionally, the authors justify the necessity of identifying, systematizing, and analyzing new methods of studying new forms and technologies of communication." @default.
