- W4383535522 abstract "Nim game is a part of the theory of game, which is important of the theoretical math. Jewish chess, a popular Nim game in China, is interesting people to discover its winning strategy. The basic rule is that each player can put 1-3 buttons each time from a single line or a single row. Whoever puts the last one loses the game. In this study, a good solution has been found, which can improve the winning percentage with random players up to about 90%. The strategy is based on the mirroring strategy, which means mirroring what the opponent does. By doing this, the goal of leaving the last button to the opponent can be achieved. However, in some cases that the basic mirroring strategy does not work, new methodologies to solve the problem have also been come up with. The study divides the cases into three sorts and give solutions to all of the three cases. These solutions are also based on the idea of mirroring the opponent's move. Nevertheless, the perfect strategy to gain 100% winning percentage has not been found yet. Also, the Jewish chess contains various types of patterns. The winning strategy of those patterns are not found, neither." @default.
