Build a machine vision system using suitable light sources, cameras, and lenses, based on specific requirements. The imaging and calibration principles of the camera are analyzed, and a calibration method based on the VisionPro is used. The visual system's effectiveness is demonstrated through a series of calibration experiments, which show that, the calibration method using VisionPro software-based calibration method is straightforward, with an error of less than 0.02mm. It offers high accuracy and is appropriate for the visual positioning and grasping of compact electronic components." @default.
