- W4383868462 abstract "Nowadays, there are many cases when messages and publications distributed orally and in writing in the media-Internet sites, social networks (Facebook, You Tube), personal Whatsapp chats, provoke conflicts between the parties. This indicates the possibility of the language existence as a factor of a conflict communicative situation and the topicality of studying its activities as a tool of a conflict situation. The solution of this problem requires theoretical and methodological development of a relatively new branch in the modern Kazakh scientific sphere – linguo-conflictology. In this regard, the article examines linguistic factors and conflicting speech acts, speech strategies and tactics in conflict situations on specific examples. The article aims to identify linguistic signs and their mutual differences, linguistic aggression, linguistic violence, insults, characteristic of speech acts aimed at destructive (negative) impact on the addressee. The use of language as a means of conflict is analyzed as a result of the analysis of speech acts on the material of a communicative situation obtained from the Internet, as well as personal life situations. On the basis of extra-linguistic factors, a set of speech tactics characteristic of a confrontational conflict is determined. The article analyzes the issues of offensive speech acts on the example of the actual communicative situation at the intersection of linguistics and jurisprudence." @default.
